Refund policy

All reduced price sales are final. No returns or exchanges.

No returns for international orders.

Atelier957 will accept returns for regular priced items within 14 days of the order date for store credit only. All goods must be unworn and in perfect condition. Shoes will be accepted only if returned in their original, undamaged shoe box.

Your account will be credited within 5 days of return receipt. You will be emailed a return confirmation at that time. Clients are responsible for return shipping charges.

Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.
