We are proud to say we have years of experience offering guidance on which items and sizes will work best for each person. Returns & Credits
Regular Price Items
ATELIER957 will accept returns on regular priced items within 14 days of the order date for store credit only. All goods must be unworn and in perfect condition. Shoes will be accepted only if returned in their original, undamaged shoe box.
Sale Items
All reduced price sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Automatic Store Credit
To redeem your store credit: Log into your account and proceed to the Payment section. There, you will see your available balance and can select Apply Store Credit to use it.
Shipping
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
ATELIER957 offers shipping through UPS for a flat fee of $14.00 for domestic shipping and a flat fee of $30.00 to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
Orders placed Monday through Friday ship within 1–2 business days. Weekend orders ship within 2–3 business days. This excludes holidays and depends on item availability and payment verification.
We are not responsible for any missing or stolen packages after they have been delivered.
In store pick up is available upon request or by clicking the option at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
ATELIER957 offers shipping around the world via DHL, with shipping fees calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
International taxes, duties, and tarrifs may apply. It is the responsibility of the receiver to pay international duties.
International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
